Role Overview
Garud Associates is hiring an IT Head to steer the technology direction for its NBFC digital lending business. The role is based in Gurugram and focuses on building, improving, and governing technology systems that support lending operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the IT roadmap and technology innovation for digital lending products within an NBFC environment.
- Use technology processes and controls to help ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Oversee Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) platforms and keep them aligned with business needs.
