Role Overview

We are seeking IT Business and Systems Analysts to join client organizations managing extensive IT infrastructure, applications, and support operations. Positions vary from permanent roles to project-based contracts lasting between one and six months, based on specific client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT departments to translate operational requirements into system and process specifications.
• Assist with application management, IT service delivery, and infrastructure change implementations.
• Create documentation outlining current-state and desired future-state processes for internal systems.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of new IT tools, systems, or process modifications.
• Support IT governance activities, manage ticket triage, and facilitate communication with vendors and support teams.

Common assignments include application management support for enterprise solutions, process improvement in IT service and support, overseeing system rollouts, managing governance and documentation projects, and coordinating business-side efforts for infrastructure or security enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or Application/Systems Support, validated through assessments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT and business units.
• Proficiency in both German and English at a business level, including verbal and written communication.
• Proven capability to independently handle requirements gathering and documentation tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, or comparable IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other major enterprise applications.
• Background working within industrial, automotive, or engineering IT sectors.
