About the Role

We are seeking Investment Operations Coordinators to join our team remotely, supporting project operations throughout the United Arab Emirates. This position offers flexible working arrangements including both full-time and part-time options. Primary Responsibilities

Support daily operational and administrative activities
Ensure accuracy in recordkeeping and update internal databases
Manage documentation and streamline operational workflows
Assist in project tracking and generate status reports
Collaborate with internal teams to meet task deadlines
Carry out general coordination and support duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Reside within the United Arab Emirates
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess basic proficiency in English communication
Comfortable operating computers, smartphones, and web-based office tools
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Exhibit reliability, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
Capable of working independently in a remote work environment
