Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Inventory Controller at our Regency Park location to manage inventory storage and usage efficiently. This role supports the company's profitability by maintaining precise stock records, preserving product integrity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position is permanent and operates Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate inventory data to determine stock demand, ensuring appropriate stock levels in coordination with the client.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via regular physical counts and cycle counting procedures.
• Identify and resolve inventory problems promptly to reduce disruptions and enhance satisfaction for customers and employees.
• Track and report on various inventory aspects such as damaged goods, credit returns, and stock adjustments.
• Manage stock transactions consistent with customer reconciliation protocols.
• Oversee pallet inventory movement to ensure stock accuracy, quality maintenance, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external parties, including clients.
• Follow all Linfox policies, standards, and workplace health and safety procedures diligently.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management preferred.
• Exhibits a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Communicates effectively and fosters collaboration among various stakeholders.
• Proactive with a results-oriented approach, skilled at prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on intermediate Excel skills.
