Overview
Join IntouchCX as an International Voice Process Executive based in Hyderabad, where you will engage with customers globally through voice communication. This role involves managing a variety of inquiries and ensuring superior customer support in a fast-paced international BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and problems via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage international voice communication across multiple time zones, ensuring clarity and accurate issue resolution.
- Deliver outstanding service by comprehending customer requirements, alleviating their concerns, and providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Keep comprehensive logs of all customer interactions within CRM systems for monitoring and quality control.
Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years' experience within an international BPO environment focusing on voice processes.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, able to understand and adapt to various accents and regional dialects.
- Capable of multitasking efficiently with strong precision and keen attention to detail.
Additional Information
Eligible candidates must be graduates in any discipline. The compensation package ranges from 250000 to 500000 INR annually.
