Job Summary
We are searching for a dedicated Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a full-time contract basis, working remotely from the West Coast of Canada. This position suits a designer with excellent typography, layout capabilities, and a keen eye for brand consistency to deliver impactful creative content across various platforms. Reporting to the Creative Director and collaborating closely with the marketing team, the role involves producing assets that captivate coffee lovers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing emails and landing page graphics.
- Create digital advertising materials for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Develop packaging designs and printed marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout all customer interactions.
- Work jointly with the Marketing team and Creative Director to realize campaign visions.
- Prepare files ready for production and support projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent background.
- Advanced skills in typography, layout, and understanding visual hierarchy and brand systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic competency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and meet project deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Communications, or related fields is required.
