Interior Fit-Out Project Manager

Role Overview

D'LIFE Interiors is seeking an Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee residential interior projects from the planning stage through final handover. The role is centered on delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior fit-out assignments end to end, making sure work progresses smoothly and is completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors so that all parties stay aligned and project delivery remains coordinated.
• Visit project sites regularly to track progress, spot issues early, and take corrective action whenever needed.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to support clear communication and organized execution.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in interior execution or a similar field such as architecture.
• Good knowledge of modular kitchen systems and how they are installed.
• A demonstrated history of handling complex projects from initial concept through completion.
• Ability to undertake frequent site visits, which requires a strong level of physical fitness.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory for this role.

Additional Information

The position is based in Kochi, India and is intended for full-time on-site work. Compensation is listed at INR 1,00,000 to INR 8,50,000 per year.
