仕事内容

Support the Head of the Real Estate Department with all design projects related to real estate.
Oversee design components such as test fits, interior fit-outs, furnishings, and core concepts for all GUS brands internationally.
Handle project management from initial concept and planning stages through permits, IFCs, construction, and completion.
Create both 2D and 3D visual materials and all documentation related to projects.
Maintain and update all project information within the company’s real estate software platform and assist the team as necessary.
Prepare compelling presentations for project pitches.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage communications like phone calls, inquiries, and requests, responding as required.
Efficiently organize and maintain calendars, appointments, and diaries.

Possess a graduate-level degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Have 4 to 8 years of professional experience designing spaces in commercial, educational, or hospitality settings.
Open to architects or project managers experienced in real estate development or design sectors.
Willingness to travel for work purposes.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
Strong skills in 3D design and rendering software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Rhino, or equivalents.
