Industrial Engineer

Job Overview

This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offered by Hind Almujahed Group, seeks a skilled Industrial Engineer. The position involves analyzing production processes, enhancing operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in order to boost efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.
• Identify bottlenecks and issues within manufacturing processes.
• Recommend suitable technical and organizational improvements.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and other internal teams.
• Prepare technical and administrative reports.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support implementation of new technologies or systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Engage closely with management and staff to foster sustainable improvements aligned with long-term operational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical skills with capability to interpret data, diagnose problems, and suggest practical solutions.
• Solid knowledge of industrial engineering principles including production planning, systems improvement, and operations management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing engineering encompassing production processes, equipment, and quality control practices.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and convey technical information clearly.
• Preferably holding a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council is advantageous.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, CAD programs, simulation tools, or process mapping software is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, multitask efficiently, and uphold safety and quality standards rigorously.
