Role Overview
This opening is for an inbound telecaller position with an Ayurvedic products company. The work is office-based, with no field visits or cold-calling duties. It is positioned as a beginner-friendly role with no target pressure.
Job Details
Location: Ranaghat, close to the railway station. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a full-time, work-from-office role.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer calls that come into the business.
- Describe Ayurvedic products to callers in a clear and helpful way.
- Address questions and concerns raised by customers.
- Confirm customer orders over the phone.
Eligibility
Candidates should have completed 12th standard or higher. Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. The role requires proficiency in Hindi and Bengali.
Salary and Incentives
Monthly pay is between ₹7,000 and ₹12,000, with additional incentive and bonus components.
