Role Summary

This position operates Monday to Friday with varied shifts and centers on enhancing the customer's shopping journey by designing and maintaining attractive in-store visual presentations that stimulate brand engagement and drive profitability. The Visual Merchandiser works closely with Store Management to uphold brand and visual standards through creative execution, data-informed merchandising, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative in-store displays, including window settings and mannequins, aligned with brand messaging to create an outstanding and visually engaging shopping environment tailored to local customers.
• Interpret and utilize sales reports to inform strategic decisions on store layout and product placement to optimize sales.
• Partner with store leadership to set and maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the outlet.
• Coach and mentor store team members to embrace company visual standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
