Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi is centered on guiding clients through skilled, business, and study-related migration routes. The consultant evaluates eligibility, explains visa and immigration requirements in clear terms, and supports clients from the first consultation through to case completion. The role also requires close attention to case documentation, status tracking, communication with clients, and coordination with relevant external bodies when needed.

Key Duties

• Carry out detailed client consultations and identify the most suitable migration pathway based on individual circumstances.
• Assess eligibility for visas and immigration programs across multiple destination countries.
• Explain documentation needs, application steps, and legal requirements in simple, client-friendly language.
• Collect, review, and organize supporting documents for submission.
• Prepare and lodge immigration applications while monitoring progress throughout the case lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
• Track changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure advice remains current.
• Keep clients informed about updates, requirements, and next steps in a timely manner.
• Work with team members and external authorities where coordination is necessary.
• Contribute ideas and support improvements to internal processes and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong working knowledge of immigration matters and international immigration systems, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant rules.
• Detailed understanding of visa categories, eligibility conditions, supporting documents, and application workflows for several countries.
• Good grasp of immigration and citizenship law, including the ability to research updates and maintain compliance.
• Proven consulting ability with skills in client evaluation, advisory work, and practical problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Migration Studies, or a related discipline; immigration consulting certifications are an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Prior experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, government services, or migration-focused legal work is preferred.
