Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad involves instructing IELTS preparation classes covering all core modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The instructor will assess language proficiency, provide detailed feedback on tests and assignments, and monitor progress relative to target band scores.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans and practice materials tailored to IELTS modules.
• Conduct mock examinations along with doubt-clearing and speaking practice sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assist with exam registration inquiries.
• Collaborate with counseling staff to ensure alignment between test preparation and study abroad strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient command of English, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic writing skills.
• Previous experience teaching IELTS or other English proficiency tests with thorough knowledge of test formats and scoring mechanisms.
• Capability to create structured lesson plans and customize teaching approaches to different learner needs.
• Strong skills in performance assessment and goal setting for learner improvement.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse student groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields; teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA are advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools for presentations, practice, and progress tracking.
• Experience in test preparation centers or study abroad consultancy contexts is a plus.
