Role Overview
This position involves maintaining exceptional hygiene standards in a food manufacturing environment. The shift is Sunday through Thursday from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM. Candidates should be prepared to work in low-temperature conditions (+1 to +12 degrees Celsius) one or two times weekly. The role includes operating industrial cleaning equipment, using specialized chemicals, and occasionally working at heights, all while strictly following health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough cleaning within a food factory, ensuring compliance with stringent food industry cleanliness standards.
- Maintain awareness and adherence to hygiene requirements to uphold safety and quality.
- Follow safety guidelines to preserve a secure workplace environment.
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized cleaning agents safely and effectively.
- Perform tasks at height as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have legal authorization to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in cleaning or food manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Willingness to safely work at heights.
- Training in COSHH and IOSH is preferred but not mandatory.
