Job Overview
Our client is looking to fill the position of Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-month contract, based in Plantation, FL, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite weekly. This role involves coordinating a large volume of interview schedules and business screens for both exempt and non-exempt positions across the enterprise. The coordinator will manage interviews that are conducted virtually and in-person, handling urgent and routine requests spanning Eastern to Pacific Time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule numerous interview loops and business screening sessions for various roles.
- Manage complex calendars for virtual and in-person interviews across multiple US time zones (EST to PST).
- Collaborate daily with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all participants.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and specialized interviewer-support tools to efficiently handle interview requests and maintain continuous support.
- Respond quickly and effectively to unforeseen changes and urgent scheduling needs to meet hiring targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting support, or a similar administrative coordinator role.
- Proficiency in calendar management software such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar, as well as applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with virtual interview platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities focused on professional stakeholder interaction.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency or corporate talent acquisition setting.
- Knowledge of CVC scheduling procedures or similar specialized scheduling tools for interviewers.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and adapt to urgent, time-sensitive requests.
Terms of Employment
- This role is a W2 contract position lasting 3 months.
- Working arrangement is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in Plantation, FL.
