Role Overview
Pure Home Premium Properties is seeking an energetic HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition to support a growing real estate business in Abu Dhabi. This position is suited to someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment as well as broader HR support in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle the full hiring process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Build and execute recruitment plans that help bring in strong talent across multiple business functions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and translate them into clear, effective job descriptions.
- Find candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate the next stages of the selection process.
- Develop and maintain a healthy talent pool for immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Draft offer letters, support salary discussions, and make sure new joiners have a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track recruitment performance and share regular hiring updates and reports.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and provide support with day-to-day HR operations when required.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience in the real estate sector, with substantial exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition. Experience hiring for sales, leasing, property management, engineering, and corporate positions in real estate will be an added advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, along with strong familiarity with recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals. Excellent communication, people-management, and organizational abilities are essential, as is the capacity to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced setting.
Compensation
The offered salary range is AED 6,000 to AED 9,000 per month.
