Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Executive to efficiently manage daily human resource functions and ensure streamlined HR operations throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee onboarding paperwork and maintain comprehensive HR records.
- Support monthly payroll processing along with employee information management.
- Liaise with labor law consultants and agencies to guarantee compliance with statutory regulations.
- Execute routine HR administrative duties and assist the HR team with everyday operational tasks.
- Participate in screening candidates and conducting interviews.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, with knowledge or interest in Human Resources.
- Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site setting within a growing consumer brand.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR is advantageous.
