Human Resources Director

Role overview

This contract role is for a Human Resources Director supporting assigned Management Unit(s) or Global Corporate Function(s) in the United States. The position is intended for local candidates who can work onsite 1–3 days each week, which is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor and contribute as a member of the leadership team for the business areas assigned.
• Work with business leaders to shape strategy by applying HR expertise and workforce insights.
• Guide leadership on strategic workforce planning, strategic talent management, organizational design and development, and change management.
• Drive and support change initiatives by involving employees and helping them adopt new organizational practices.
• Identify and lead HR projects and initiatives tailored to the needs of the assigned management unit or global corporate function.
• Work closely with the Head of Global HRBPs, senior business leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence to define and execute People Philosophy priorities.
• Create and implement people strategies that support business goals, growth, and long-term success.
• Set priorities for HR actions based on business needs while using enterprise-wide and business unit solutions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver support across organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
• Assist with operational delivery of global HR processes across assigned management units, global corporate functions, and markets in coordination with the Head of Global HRBPs.

Work schedule

Local candidates who can be onsite 1 to 3 days per week are highly preferred.
