About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Conduct needs assessments and implement talent development programs to support employee growth.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate an energetic and productive workplace.
- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations by providing empathetic support and resolving workplace issues efficiently.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement policies grounded in integrity and trust.
- Analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions that benefit organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles such as HR Generalist, Administrator, Manager, or Employee Relations.
- Proven experience supporting managers and employees in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred but not required: HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
- Experience managing organizational change, coaching leadership, and promoting employee engagement is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI applications in HR or supporting a technology-driven workforce is advantageous.
