Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Human Resource Lead to manage, streamline, and oversee comprehensive HR operational procedures. This position requires leadership of the HR operations team, ensuring the flawless execution of daily HR activities, maintaining compliance standards, and continuously enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle processes, and paperwork.
- Guarantee precision and punctuality in handling employee records, contracts, letters, and all HR-related transactions.
- Supervise HRMS data integrity and perform system updates where necessary.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to facilitate accurate and timely salary payments.
- Assist in audits and uphold related documentation standards.
- Lead, guide, and supervise the HR Operations team by delegating responsibilities and tracking team outcomes.
- Promote a culture focused on responsibility and ongoing enhancement.
- Spot inefficiencies in HR workflows and introduce automation or other optimizations.
- Formulate, maintain, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry best HR practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR operational matters.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and other essential stakeholders.
- Uphold superior standards of service delivery and employee contentment.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and management information system (MIS) reports.
- Monitor critical HR metrics such as attrition rates, headcount, and onboarding turnaround times.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership to aid strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines; advanced degrees like MBA or PGDM in HR are desirable.
- Have 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Practical experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competence.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on process adherence.
