About the Role
We invite applications for an energetic Human Resource Executive position at a leading NBFC and Financial Services company based in Mumbai. The role demands hands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, targeting candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. Prospective candidates should be ready to commence work within one week.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes for various departments.
- Utilize job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn to source potential candidates.
- Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and handle interview scheduling.
- Liaise closely with department heads and hiring managers during recruitment cycles.
- Execute offer letters distribution, employee onboarding, and joining protocols.
- Maintain accurate records including employee files, recruitment trackers, HR documentation, and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Assist in daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and additional HR projects as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1 year and maximum of 4 years of HR experience, specifically within NBFC or Financial Services sectors.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and HR operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Competence in candidate sourcing, screening, interview management, and onboarding procedures.
- Skilled in HR documentation and generating MIS reports.
- Ability to join immediately or within a one-week timeline.
