About the Role
The HR Operations team is responsible for supporting various HR functions such as employee onboarding and offboarding, processing HR data, providing employee assistance, and maintaining overall HR operations. This position primarily handles employee inquiries, tier 1 HR support, and HR data management.
Key Objectives
- Streamline HR processes by leveraging AI technology.
- Ensure outstanding customer service for all employees.
Main Duties
- Employee Support: Deliver HR guidance, information, and educational support to employees across all levels with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
- Manage numerous employee requests and ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
- Provide personalized support through chat, phone, and case management.
- HR Operations: Research company policies and programs to offer precise guidance and coach employees on using internal HR tools and self-service options.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to address complex issues and coordinate with cross-functional HR teams.
- Workday and HR Systems Management: Conduct HR data processing including Workday transactions and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) creations.
- Generate Workday reports, maintain data accuracy and integrity, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with company policy.
- Compliance: Guarantee all HR transactions adhere to SOX requirements, internal controls, and company standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance HR workflows and support AI-driven automation projects while documenting updated processes.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with the Contingent Workforce Program, Tier 1 contingent workforce inquiries, Critical Systems Access Background Check processes, and risk mitigation within HR systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- At least two years of experience in HR Operations
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with Workday, including creating Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and generating Workday reports
- Experience in HR Shared Services is desirable
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Workday and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee Relations support, and HR compliance
- Expertise in HR data processing, reporting, integrity, and customer service within shared services environments
