Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an English-speaking HR Operations Generalist to join on a contract basis. This fully remote position involves providing general support and communication assistance across a global platform, aiding users in onboarding, troubleshooting, and responding to queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise English-language support through chat, email, and other communication methods.
- Help users with account creation, verification, and navigation of the platform.
- Diagnose and resolve typical problems related to accounts, transactions, and technical issues.
- Keep detailed records of user interactions, transactions, and feedback in the appropriate system.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to escalate and solve complex user concerns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in customer support, administrative, or generalist support roles is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficient with standard computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
