Job Overview
Kohinoor Technical Institute Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and organized HR Executive to manage various human resource functions effectively. The candidate will participate in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance coordination, statutory compliance, engagement activities, and maintaining HR records while upholding company policies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through online portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews in collaboration with department heads and follow up with selected applicants through to joining.
- Maintain recruitment databases and trackers to monitor hiring progress.
- Handle employee onboarding including completing joining formalities, preparing appointment letters, verifying documents, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage issuance of employee ID cards and creation of official email accounts.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files, update employee databases, and manage HRMS records.
- Prepare letters for confirmations, transfers, promotions, and experience verification, alongside managing probation documentation.
- Oversee daily attendance monitoring, coordinate leave records, verify attendance before payroll, and address discrepancies with staff and branch heads.
- Support payroll preparation by providing monthly inputs, ensuring accuracy in overtime, deductions, incentives, and responding to salary queries.
- Organize staff engagement events, coordinate birthday and festival celebrations, and implement employee feedback mechanisms.
- Assist with compliance documentation related to ESIC, PF, labor laws, maintaining confidentiality throughout.
- Manage performance appraisal processes including scheduling, form collection, and maintaining Key Result Areas and performance indicators.
- Conduct exit interviews, coordinate full and final settlements, collect company assets, and prepare relieving and experience letters.
- Generate and maintain various HR reports such as daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, recruitment status, manpower tracking, and HR analytics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of labor law regulations and HR best practices.
- Exceptional documentation and record management capabilities.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail, good coordination, teamwork, strong follow-up skills, and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality.
Educational and Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate should have either an MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources, or a graduate degree with HR focus. Experience of 3 to 5 years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles is essential.
Salary Information
The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹23,000 and ₹28,000.
