Job description

Overview

Address Investment Real Estate Brokerage is looking for a meticulous and organized HR & Administration Officer to oversee comprehensive employee lifecycle management within a dynamic, high-turnover sales environment. This position blends HR duties, government relations coordination, and office operations, focusing heavily on compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.

Primary Duties

  • Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) registration, and employee orientation.
  • Handle all visa, Emirates ID, medical, and labour card formalities liaising with the company PRO and relevant authorities; monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals.
  • Keep precise and confidential employee files, personnel records, and HR databases aligned with UAE labour law requirements.
  • Support payroll administration through preparation of inputs, submission via the Wage Protection System (WPS), monitoring leave balances, managing commission documentation, and facilitating end-of-service benefit calculations in collaboration with Finance.
  • Assist recruitment activities for sales and support positions by posting job vacancies, screening applications, organizing interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Administer the offboarding workflow, including processing resignations, contract cancellations, final settlements, and exit clearance documents.
  • Track and facilitate the issuance and renewal of Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) Broker Cards for licensed consultants.
  • Supervise daily office management including procurement of supplies, managing vendors, facility maintenance, insurance handling, and licence renewals.
  • Communicate and uphold HR policies; serve as the first contact point for employee inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on workforce headcount, attrition rates, and attendance for management review.

Candidate Requirements

  • Two to four years of HR and administration experience within the UAE, preferably in real estate or professional service sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE and General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) procedures, and Wage Protection System compliance.
  • Proven experience coordinating with PROs on matters related to visas and immigration.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with adeptness at managing multiple deadlines and confidential information securely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or payroll software is advantageous.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
  • Attentive to discretion, reliable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented workplace.
