Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage guest linen and supplies, ensuring service areas and housekeeping pantries are well-stocked for housekeeping attendants.
• Assist with delivering guest supplies to rooms, providing personalized guest service.
• Execute assigned tasks methodically, moving from room to room while prioritizing duties based on initiative and instructions.
• Support the cleanliness of guest rooms by maintaining tidy corridors, pantries, and trolleys, ensuring these areas are free from safety hazards.
• Carry out duties safely and efficiently to uphold high standards of cleanliness, productivity, and guest service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills and an enjoyment of guest interaction.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability to work evenings, rotating shifts, and public holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia; sponsorship is not provided for this position.
