What the Role Involves

As part of the housekeeping team, you will help keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming. Your work will include cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and shared spaces. You will also provide thorough cleaning for rooms after a resident discharge and help prepare spaces for new admissions.

Attention to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation is an important part of the job. You will be expected to follow all relevant federal, state, and local rules, as well as company policies and procedures. A courteous, friendly approach is important because the role involves regular interaction with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Qualifications

The employer is seeking someone who can follow both written and verbal directions, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training and a willingness to learn are valued. The ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to perform the job and communicate with residents, vendors, and team members is required.

Schedule

This position follows 8-hour shifts and includes every other weekend.
