Job Overview

B.S. Services is urgently seeking a Housekeeping Boy to join their team in Kolkata, covering locations including Bhawanipur, Ruby, and Salt Lake. This position offers a fixed monthly salary with additional incentives, inclusive of statutory benefits and accommodation.

Primary Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and order in office, residential, and commercial environments.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, washroom sanitation, and garbage disposal.
• Assist in pantry services as needed.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification: 10th grade pass or below is acceptable.
• Applicants with no prior experience are welcome.
• Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
• Availability for day or night shifts is necessary.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Salary ranges from ₹9,000 to ₹11,000 fixed, plus an incentive of ₹2,000.
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage, annual bonus, overtime pay, and accommodation provision.
