About the Role

Join the team at Hyde Hotel in Dubai as a Housekeeping Attendant, a role essential to ensuring immaculate and inviting spaces for our esteemed guests. You will be responsible for maintaining pristine cleanliness and organization standards throughout the property, enhancing guest experiences with service that consistently surpasses expectations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms strictly following established hotel protocols to meet quality benchmarks.
• Fully stock housekeeping carts with guest amenities, cleaning materials, and fresh linens prior to shifts.
• Conduct thorough room inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs or irregularities to supervisors.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests, accommodating special requirements with understanding and adaptability.
• Follow careful Lost and Found processes by logging and reporting any items discovered during cleaning.
• Honor "Do Not Disturb" notices and constantly monitor room statuses to preserve guest privacy.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and services to provide accurate information to guests.
• Maintain exemplary personal grooming to present a professional image representing the hotel.
• Perform end-of-shift checks ensuring all equipment is safely stored and no hazards remain unattended.
• Effectively communicate important updates to incoming shifts and supervisory staff to maintain operational continuity.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to uphold a hygienic and secure environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably within five-star or luxury properties.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality assurance in all cleaning tasks.
• Dynamic, energetic, and problem-solving mindset coupled with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Strong physical endurance and capability to perform manual cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a hospitality-focused approach when engaging with guests.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of hygiene practices, cleaning procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Professional appearance and strict adherence to personal hygiene standards.
