About the Role

Join the housekeeping team at Etive Estate, one of Scotland's most picturesque private estates. Established in 1909 by the noted Scottish architect Sir Robert Lorimer, the estate has flourished as a family-run property since 1985. Currently, it houses eight luxury self-catering accommodations ranging from three-bedroom cottages to seven-bedroom villas accommodating 8 to 18 guests, alongside an exclusive wedding venue attracting global visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare luxury properties thoroughly before guest arrivals.
• Change bed linens and meticulously clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces to meet high standards.
• Ensure each property is fully stocked and elegantly arranged.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or guest-related incidents to the Estate Manager.
• Identify properties needing deep or extra cleaning and communicate accordingly.
• Help uphold the exceptional presentation standards guests expect.

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail and consistent high-quality work ethic.
• Dependable, approachable, and optimistic demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred due to the rural site location.
