Overview

The role involves upholding the cleanliness and order within a luxury estate's interior spaces to meet the highest standards expected by discerning residents. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, highly motivated, and dedicated to outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience as a housekeeper in an upscale or luxury residential environment, preferably within ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private estates or prestigious hospitality venues.
• Exceptional cleaning and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize duties in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physical endurance, including lifting heavy items as necessary.
• High standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and resident belongings.
• Fluency in English.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing in all interior areas including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
• Carefully clean and maintain luxury furnishings and fixtures, adhering to special instructions for delicate items.
• Change bed linens, prepare guest rooms to impeccable cleanliness and comfort standards.
• Maintain cabinets, closets, and storage tidily and accessibly.
• Sanitize kitchen and dining areas, respecting food safety regulations.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies to ensure consistent availability.
• Work cooperatively with housekeeping team and estate staff to coordinate activities and share relevant information.
• Maintain residents' privacy and demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate.
• Salary: AED 2,000 per month, tax-free.
• Provided benefits: Shared accommodation, meals, transportation, and health insurance.
• Weekly day off: One day per week.
• Work visa and relocation arrangements available for non-locals.
