About the Role
We are looking to fill housemaid/house help positions offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible timings. The work locations are conveniently nearby for easy commuting.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform household cleaning duties
- Assist with kitchen-related tasks
- Provide babysitting services
- Offer care to elderly members
- Clean washrooms
- Support daily household activities
Compensation and Benefits
- Part-time salaries range between ₹8,000 and ₹20,000 per month
- Full-time salaries vary from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month
- Daily training allowance of ₹200 for three days during onboarding
- Completion of the first duty earns a reward of ₹300 to ₹500
Selection and Joining Process
- Initial registration for interview scheduling
- Attendance at the interview session
- Successful candidates undergo three days of training
- Daily login at nearby store or hub required for duty allocation
Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants preferably female
- Age between 18 and 40 years
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Possession of a smartphone is mandatory
- Essential documents: Aadhar Card, bank passbook, and mobile number
