About the Role
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join their team in Dubai. This role is crucial in maintaining the exceptional appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, contributing to a memorable and unique guest experience. You will be empowered to manage your space and ensure all housekeeping functions are performed to the highest standards. This position is non-management and requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the hotel's pristine condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of housekeeping duties to ensure the hotel's appearance and cleanliness.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces.
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
- Uphold the company's quality standards in all tasks.
- Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Contribute to creating a great guest experience through meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
