Hose Technician

Daily Responsibilities

• Create, dismantle, and install hydraulic hose assemblies tailored to customer needs.
• Perform quality inspections on completed products ensuring they meet customer requirements.
• Manage the picking, packing, and distribution of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and auxiliary components as ordered by customers.
• Support inventory management by identifying and resolving stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Plan and organise workflow processes to ensure timely delivery according to customer schedules.
• Maintain equipment and tooling regularly to optimize branch operational efficiency.
• Engage in management meetings, contributing to sales enhancement strategies and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, sales teams, and operational staff to align on sales targets and customer goals.
• Prepare and preserve all necessary paperwork, records, and documentation diligently.

Candidate Profile

• Trade qualifications in mechanical fields such as Fitter, Turner & Machinist, or Plant Mechanic with hydraulic experience are preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in hydraulics or mechanical work is desirable.
• Proven experience in manufacturing hydraulic hose assemblies.
• A strong commitment to precision and quality standards.
