Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers who value staying active, working independently, and engaging with customers directly. As a key representative of Iceland, you will be responsible for delivering grocery orders while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly load the delivery van following safe manual handling and heavy lifting guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle checks before and during delivery runs.
• Ensure the delivered food reaches customers in optimal condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
• Manage work schedule independently with flexibility for shifts between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Positive, approachable attitude with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent awareness and adherence to road safety regulations.
