About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering outstanding service and enjoy engaging with customers on the road. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for transporting groceries safely and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe loading procedures for the delivery van, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Conduct regular checks on the delivery vehicle to maintain safety standards.
• Ensure groceries arrive to customers in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on each interaction.
• Assist with tasks in-store when needed.
• Manage your time efficiently and work independently.
• Flexibly work shifts that may vary between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for great customer service.
• Reliability and punctuality to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong awareness and commitment to road safety regulations.
