Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Yard Associate (Hofmitarbeiter) for our strong sales partner Dingler Baumaschinen.

Role Expectations

In this position, you will manage the organization, upkeep, and availability of the machines and equipment on the company yard. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth processing of rentals, returns, and logistics, acting as an important link between customers, the workshop, and dispatch.

Main Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing rented machines and tools
• Cleaning and ongoing maintenance of machinery
• Organizing the yard layout and operations
• Assisting with minor maintenance and service tasks
• Interacting professionally with customers during equipment handover and return
• Supporting loading and unloading of transport vehicles

Candidate Profile

• Technical understanding, preferably with experience in construction or agricultural machinery
• Reliable, well-structured, and responsible work style with good self-organization skills
• Willingness to perform physical outdoor work
• Strong awareness of safety and orderliness
• Friendly demeanor when engaging with customers
