Role Overview
The High Volume Recruiter plays a crucial role in managing all facets of talent acquisition for a ManpowerGroup Engineering client, handling end-to-end recruitment while ensuring outstanding service for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize an in-depth understanding of job roles and required competencies to effectively market, screen, and recommend candidates.
- Enhance sourcing techniques and cultivate a diverse and expanding candidate pool using innovative research methods, digital strategies, and engagement campaigns.
- Surpass client expectations and broaden influence across the client portfolio to foster loyalty and generate more opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed recruitment metrics to deliver an excellent experience for clients and associates.
- Develop strong relationships through coaching sessions aimed at supporting associates' current roles and preparing them for future advancement.
- Identify, evaluate, place, and oversee a varied pool of associates and professionals.
- Detect and address delivery challenges with clients by proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Formulate sourcing approaches for projects identified as difficult or at risk.
- Increase client satisfaction by fulfilling commitments and providing a seamless hiring journey for associates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume recruiting, customer service, or sales.
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity or experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo, Avature, or JobApp is advantageous.
- Expertise or knowledge in one or more sectors like IT, engineering, or finance is preferred.
Compensation and Employment Details
The annual salary range for this role is between 70304 and 75000 USD, depending on qualifications, skills, and competencies. This is a full-time position.
