Role Overview
Southern National Roofing is looking for energetic, people-oriented professionals to join its sales organization as High Ticket Appointment Setters. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys face-to-face conversations, brings a positive mindset, and wants to build a career in high-ticket sales.
In this position, you will meet homeowners in person, explain the company’s free roofing inspection offering, and help identify qualified prospects for the closing team. The opportunity includes weekly pay, commission, and performance bonuses, along with room for advancement.

Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time W-2 employment.
- Hourly wages, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
- Weekly pay.
- Potential earnings of up to $1,350 per week.
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- No overnight travel required.
- Team transportation is provided.
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face to face.
- Self-motivated with a positive, driven attitude.
- Professional presentation and solid communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled shift window.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
