Southern National Roofing is looking to hire a Field Inspector for an immediate start, with paid training provided from day one. This is a full-time W-2 position based onsite in Anderson, SC, where your results influence both your earnings and your progression.

What the job involves

In this position, you will canvass residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and identify properties that may be eligible for a complimentary roof inspection. Your role is to educate homeowners, conduct simple visual checks from the ground, and arrange appointment times for the in-home inspection team.

You will not be selling roofing work, and you will not be required to climb roofs. The work is people-facing, outdoors, and focused on appointment setting and homeowner engagement.

Working schedule

• On-site role in Anderson, SC
• Availability required Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week within that schedule
• No overnight travel required
• Transportation is provided from the office for the team

Pay and earnings

This role offers hourly pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated at $770 to $1,350, and weekly pay is offered. Many first-year employees reportedly earn $40,000 to $70,000+ depending on consistency and performance.
