About the Role
We are seeking experienced Help Desk Operators for a reputable company based in Saudi Arabia, engaged in facility management and building maintenance projects. This position is especially available for candidates from India who have relevant maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and handling maintenance-related issues.
- Utilizing ticketing systems for problem-resolution and customer service.
- Supporting Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting technical difficulties.
- Ensuring timely communication and assistance with facility maintenance concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant field.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience, preferably including maintenance expertise.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
Employment Terms
- Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- Overtime compensated in accordance with Saudi labor law.
- Company provides accommodation and transportation.
