Role Summary
HonorVet Technologies is growing its healthcare recruitment function and is hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter for its Mohali office. This position focuses on permanent, direct-hire staffing for healthcare roles across the United States. The work is onsite and follows a night shift aligned with US hours.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage both active and passive healthcare talent through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Vivian, Indeed, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva, and similar tools.
- Work on permanent direct-hire healthcare openings rather than temporary staffing assignments.
- Recruit for roles including registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses, certified nursing assistants, allied healthcare staff, therapists, and other clinical positions.
- Review candidates for job fit, licensing, communication ability, availability, and salary expectations.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers.
- Handle the full recruitment process from initial requirement intake through offer release.
- Keep candidate information updated and organized in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Submit candidates within required timelines while meeting client expectations and hiring goals.
- Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to support future recruitment requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of experience recruiting for US healthcare roles.
- Practical experience in permanent direct-hire healthcare staffing.
- Exposure to hiring for RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, allied healthcare, and therapy-related positions.
- Strong sourcing ability across platforms such as LinkedIn, Vivian, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva, and Indeed.
- Very good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience using ATS platforms.
- Capability to juggle several requisitions at once in a goal-oriented setting.
- Comfort working night shifts aligned to the US time zone.
- Preference for candidates who have worked with direct clients.
- Preference for immediate joiners.
Working Details
The role is based in Mohali and requires onsite attendance. The schedule is 5 working days per week, and the shift is a US night shift.
