Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting clients staying in our corporate apartments with their maintenance needs, collaborating closely with local properties to ensure quick resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to prepare them for arrival at their apartments.
• Manage move-in instructions effectively.
• Review inspection photos and videos of apartments.
• Confirm client arrivals and address any apartment-related concerns.
• Process extensive data entry and manage high volumes of phone interactions.
• Handle approximately 30 client files daily.
• Respond to inbound calls proficiently.
• Provide assistance to management as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general Microsoft Office applications.
• Between 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude and a sense of urgency in resolving issues.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a Monday through Friday position, 9 AM to 6 PM (Pacific Standard Time), based onsite in the San Diego Metropolitan Area.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay between $21 and $24 per hour, plus performance bonuses.
