Guest Experience Expert

Overview

This role is about more than just facilitating guest check-in and check-out. As a Guest Experience Expert, you are responsible for creating a remarkable and unique stay for each guest. You take initiative to provide comprehensive services throughout the guest's visit, helping them navigate their stay with ease and adding memorable touches. This includes handling operational tasks, responding to guest needs, generating reports, and offering recommendations about local attractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support guests throughout their entire stay, ensuring their experience is exceptional and memorable.
• Perform various operational duties including processing guest requests, completing necessary documentation, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Engage with guests by sharing insights and highlights about the local area.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional presentation in uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Handle physical tasks such as moving and lifting items up to 10 pounds as needed, and maintain an active presence on the floor, which involves standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
• Having any professional licenses or certifications is not necessary.
