Position Overview
As a Guest Experience Expert at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Doha, Qatar, you will play an essential role in creating unforgettable stays for our guests beyond the routine check-in and check-out process. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their visit by delivering a wide spectrum of services and support.
Core Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by managing their requests and operational requirements proactively.
- Guide guests around the property and local area, sharing key highlights to enrich their stay.
- Prepare and complete necessary reports related to guest services and operations.
- Maintain a dynamic presence, moving freely to accommodate guest needs throughout the facility.
- Follow all company guidelines, uphold confidentiality, protect company resources, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism through personal appearance, communication, and behavior at all times.
- Engage physically in tasks involving standing, sitting, walking for prolonged periods, and handling objects up to 10 pounds independently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work experience is required, making this role accessible to newcomers.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications are necessary.
