About the Role
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will focus on creating stays that feel memorable, personal, and seamless for every guest. The role goes beyond standard check-in and check-out tasks: you will proactively handle guest needs, support daily operations, and help make each interaction feel like part of the overall hospitality experience.
What You’ll Do
You’ll use initiative to move around the property and take care of a variety of service and operational tasks. This may include helping with guest requests, handling routine reports, and sharing useful information about the local area so visitors feel informed and welcomed throughout their stay.
Work Standards
Success in this role depends on consistently maintaining a safe workplace, following company procedures, protecting confidential information and company property, and upholding high standards for quality, appearance, and communication. The job requires being active on your feet for long periods and handling light physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items up to 10 pounds without assistance.
