Located in the tranquil suburb of Walkerville, just minutes from Adelaide CBD, The Watson features original artwork displayed throughout its premises. Guests can choose from a variety of suites and apartments, enjoy amenities like the pool, or reserve private meeting spaces. The hotel is also conveniently close to attractions such as the Barossa Valley wine region, shopping venues, cafes, and various festivals, offering plenty of leisure options.

Role Purpose

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the welcoming face that sets a warm and inviting tone for guests during their stay. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from check-in through to check-out, delivering exceptional hospitality at every turn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel valued from arrival to departure
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to foster seamless cooperation
• Address and resolve guest challenges, turning issues into positive experiences
• Promote and inform guests about hotel amenities and services through comprehensive knowledge of offerings
• Serve as a knowledgeable guide about local attractions and hidden gems in the surrounding area
• Accurately manage reservations and guest billing with high attention to detail

Skills and Experience

• Creative approach to surpassing customer service standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills to perform well under pressure
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Previous front office or reception experience is preferred
• Familiarity with SIHOT software is advantageous but not required
• Availability to work Thursday through Saturday with the flexibility for night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
