Position Overview
As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our hotel, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience from check-in to departure. You will assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring that every interaction, including operational tasks, guest request handling, and local area recommendations, adds to an outstanding hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and engaging welcome and departure services to guests to enhance their overall stay experience.
- Manage operational procedures, complete reports, and respond proactively to guests’ needs.
- Mobilize within the hotel premises to assist with a range of guest-related duties effectively.
- Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards while safeguarding company assets.
- Ensure professional demeanor through proper uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds independently or heavier with assistance.
- Fulfill reasonable miscellaneous job duties as assigned to support guest services and hotel operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No previous related work or supervisory experience is required.
- Certification: No specific licenses or certifications are necessary.
