Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Grocery Delivery Partners, responsible for delivering items using a bike or cycle. This role offers flexible working hours, weekly payouts, and a joining bonus for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely pickup and delivery of grocery products to customers
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations while riding and ensure the safety of packages
- Handle payment collections or obtain customer signatures when necessary
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in proper working condition
Requirements and Eligibility
- Male candidates only
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior delivery experience
- Must have a bike and smartphone; alternatively, can join as a cyclist without a bike
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory for bike riders
- Required documents include Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, and Bank Passbook
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly remuneration ranging between ₹35,000 and ₹57,000
- Payments disbursed weekly, directly to the bank account
- Flexible shifts allowing you to choose convenient working hours
- Attractive joining bonus up to ₹5,000 for new recruits
Additional Information
The delivery area will be local, hence having a good understanding of nearby routes is beneficial.
