Role Description

The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting visual concepts across marketing campaigns and programs. Responsibilities include developing digital content, sales materials, advertisements, brochures, and creative campaigns. The designer collaborates closely with marketing managers, communication teams, and various business units to devise compelling creative solutions using design principles such as typography, iconography, color, and form. This role requires active participation in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional communication, a dedication to continuous skill improvement, and clear articulation of design rationale.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to convert business goals into creative visual assets and brand expressions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, photographers, writers, and developers to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Lead the creation of diverse media content such as omni-channel campaigns, social and display advertisements, animations, illustrations, print materials, direct mail, and event support.
• Adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment in response to evolving strategic priorities.
• Maintain adherence to established style guides.
• Manage and organize creative resources like logos, image libraries, and working files.
• Direct visual strategies in a collaborative setting, openly seeking clarity when needed.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal abilities while managing multiple detailed projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in corporate or agency environments is advantageous.
• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in graphic design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, art direction, interactive design, typography, and narrative attention to detail.
• Creative strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Self-driven, detail-focused, able to independently manage workload effectively.
